SCOPE OF WORK
Two (2) - 6 ft (W) by 6 ft (H) windowswith a center mullion will be covered up by drywall on the inside due to retrofitting the existing interior space for an expansion of the existing commercial kitchen. The windows are double pane low E 1/4" glass. The two (2) windows (labeled Window A & B below) which require treatment are located on the 1st floor of the building.
From the exterior the windows should look like windows, matching the existing spandrell windows. On the inside, the window opening will be framed out, insulated and covered with drywall.
Prior to framing over the windows, ideally prior to demolition of the existing space which should take place in May, while dust is minimized the windows should be tinted or or coated to match as close as possible the existing kitchen spandrell glass windows.

Drywall, ceiling grid, flooring will be removed and slab cut for plumbing retrofit, which will create a lot of dust.
The tinting/coating/treatment will need to receive protection from dust once installed. This is responsibility/part of scope of the installer.
