TESTING & BALANCING - HVAC SYSTEMS
SCOPE OF WORK
(1) Once HVAC Contractor has completed the installation and commissioning of the equipment and reconfigured the existing building HVAC system such that the entire commercial kitchen, both existing and new kitchen expansion space are operating an HVAC system that is independent from the HVAC system for the rest of the building, then TAB contractor shall commence work to test and balance
1) commercial kitchen space
2) existing building space after modifications
TAB Contractor to work in coordination with HVAC Contractor and Project/Construction Manager to resolve any issues.
