SECTION 15010 - GENERAL REQUIREMENTS FOR MECHANICAL SYSTEMS


1.21 PROJECT COMPLETION

Upon completion of the work of Division 15, thoroughly clean all exposed portions of the mechanical installation, removing all traces of soil, labels, grease, oil and other foreign material and using only the type cleaner recommended by the manufacturer of the item being cleaned.

All debris, trash cleared from site.  Any left over unused materials cleared from the site.  

Upon receipt of As-Built Drawings and any othe project documents, warranty documents, all commissioning and training completed, Contractor may request final payment.  No final payment will be made prior to these items being closed out, including any punch list items.
