Gates and building doors open 7:30am.  Job site will remain open for work until 4:30pm, daily, Monday through Friday. 

Any work outside of the above hours must be approved in advance by Construction Manager. 

Building access to Construction Area on Premises will be locked at 4pm daily.  No work will be allowed on weekends unless it is approved by Construction Manager. 

USE Construction Entrance from Bossy Boots Dr. (near Montessori building) to enter the facility parking lot.  MAIN GATE (NORTHWEST) Watters Rd. side shall be for NON-CONSTRUCTION USE ONLY, to be used by building visitors/guests/public.

Any authorized Contractor or his authorized employees on site during non Working hours will be subject to removal on Owner's or owner representative's sole discretion.  

STORING MATERIALS ON SITE:

Coordinate in advance with Construction Manager about locations for storing any materials or equipment on site.  Each contractor is responsible for their own equipment and materials.  

JOBSITE ACCESS

TOILET FACILITIES:

All contractors and their employees shall not use the building public restrooms.  The portable john on the grounds will be available for use.

CONTRACTOR PARKING:

All contractors and their employees shall avoid using the parking on the NORTH side of building.  Building visitors, employees and guests shall have first priority of use of NORTH SIDE parking lot.  The WEST OR SOUTH PARKING AREAS shall be used by Contractor for parking vehicles, loading and unloading and for deliveries.  

AUTHORIZED ACCESS ONLY:

All workers, supervisors, vendors, suppliers, and their representatives SIGN IN AND SIGN OUT UPON ARRIVAL DAILY and DEPARTURE DAILY with the Construction Manager on site.  Any others coming on site with any business or work related to the project must sign in and sign out each day.   No unapproved access. 

No unauthorized entry or access. Access to all workers, venders, suppliers must be preapproved by construction manager.  Relatives, visitors, guests of Contractor or Contractor's Employees or agents, who are not authorized to perform work for the project are not permitted on job sitnor to loiter on the grounds.  Owner, owner representative or Construction Manager has the right to remove any such persons. 

All workers will be required to wear a badge to identify as a worker with the project.  Anyone not checking in or not wearing a badge will be subject to removal.
