SCOPE OF WORK

Major parts of concrete work are as follows:

1) Demolish a portion of concrete slab on first flloor in new kitchen expansion area to run plumbing lines for kitchen expansion

2) Demo  an approx 3  foot x  3 foot section of floor on 2nd floor for the routing of grease duct 

3) Repour these floor areas once underground plumbing is installed

4) Demo sidewalk for existing grease trap modification ---

5) Provide an alternate bid for demolishing concrete north west corner for new additional grease trap (keep this portion separate from bid) installation ( if it is decided by MEP and/or city that a 2nd grease trap will be required.

6) Repour concrete after grease trap installation
